shibuya is great. there you can find a great selection of record shops. manhattan records is one of the more impressive stores. although, i found that the clerks working at these stores are not as helpful or friendly as the record shops in nagoya. i talked to a friend of mine about this, and she suggested that probably they deal with a lot of arrogant americans and europeans on a daily basis. anyway, the clerks could spit on me when i walk in the store, and i'd gladly shop at their establishment...maybe.
where are the best places for records in tokyo?
shibuya, ochanomizu, koenji and of course, shimokitazawa.
